- 4-18 years of age

- There will be no submission fee to enter
- Image must be taken at a Frankfort Square Park District location
- Entries must be the original work and property of the submitting photographer
- Entries may not contain people
- Entries must be in good taste. Any deemed in poor taste will be removed by Frankfort Square Park District.
- Entries must be accompanied by a completed entry form. Click here to use our convenient online form.
- Contestants may enter a maximum of 2 entries
- All photographs will be judges on originality, technical excellence, artistic merit, and how well the theme is captured.
- All decisions by the judges will be final.
- There will be a total of (4) contest winners each season.
- Each category will have one winner and 1 runner up in each category.
- Winning photos will be displayed in the Island Prairie Nature Center Building located at 7340 West Braemar Lane.
- Color as well as Black and White Photos will be accepted
- Images must be submitted in a .jpeg or .tiff digital format sent directly to: www.flickr.com/photos/fspd
- United States mailed images will not be accepted
- Each photo should not exceed 3.0 mb in size

- Each person may submit a maximum of two (2) photos
- All entries are due by :
- Summer Contest: August 31
- Fall Contest: November 30
- Winter Contest: February 28
- Spring Contest: May 31
**All entries must not have been taken prior to April 1, 2010
Professional photographers (persons earning more than 50 percent of their income from photography) must declare so on the Entry Form and Waiver and include a publications rights release with their photo(s).
