The Frankfort Square Park District will make every effort to attempt to fulfill your request. We strongly urge Online registration as they have priority over Mail-In/Drop off or In-Person registration.
RESIDENT ONLINE REGISTRATION BEGINS TUESDAY, JANUARY 1, 2008.
RESIDENT MAIL-IN/DROP-OFF REGISTRATION BEGINS WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR BROCHURE. THE FRANKFORT SQUARE PARK DISTRICT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR LATE MAIL. Resident Mail-In/Drop-off registrations will begin to be RANDOMLY processed into our computer system on MONDAY, JANUARY 7, 2008.
Mail-in, drop-off, or fax your completed registration form along with your check or credit card number to Frankfort Square Park District, 7540 West Braemar Lane, Frankfort, IL 60423.
Please place the appropriate registration form, check or credit card number in a sealed envelope and drop off at the Frankfort Square Park District Administration Building, 7540 West Braemar Lane. Be sure to include the program number and remember to sign the waiver. Please read all registration instructions carefully because some programs have special registration requirements or registration deadlines. Include the registration form with a check or credit card number for the correct total fee. Please include your phone number on the check and make your check payable to the Frankfort Square Park District.
ALL CHECKS WILL BE PROCESSED. YOUR CHECK IS YOUR RECEIPT. IF YOU WOULD LIKE A CLASS CONFIRMATION, PLEASE INCLUDE A SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE. If there is a discrepency with a program, you will be notified immediately.
RESIDENT IN-PERSON REGISTRATION BEGINS ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 8, 2008. If you did not mail-in or drop-off registration this is your opportunity to register in person.
NON-RESIDENT ONLINE REGISTRATION will begin on TUESDAY, JANUARY 15, 2008.
