The Frankfort Square Park District has four facilities available on a rental basis. These rooms can be used for a variety of celebrations, such as banquets, weddings, birthdays, showers, or family gatherings. Renters must be 25 years of age.

The facilities are available for a minimum of five hours. Additional hours are $25 each. A $150 security deposit is required at time of reservation and will secure the date of your rental. The security deposit is separate from the rental fee, and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. The rental fee is due in full one month prior to the rental date.

Facility rentals are reserved on an appointment basis, and are scheduled during regular office hours. Rules and regulations are explained, renters may tour the space, and a security deposit is rendered.
- Beginning September 1st, rentals are booked for January and February
of the following year.
- Beginning January 1st, rentals are booked for March - December
of the current year.
