The Frankfort Square Park District has two (2) non-smoking rooms available on a rental basis. These rooms can be used for banquets, weddings, birthdays, showers or family gatherings. Both rooms are air conditioned and heated. Set-up and take down must be included in the time you rent the facility.
The Administration Building has the Community Room that can accommodate up to 100 people and Board Room 2 that can accommodate up to 45 people comfortably. Tables and chairs are provided along with a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave.
Please call the Park District office for availability. Rental of these rooms are on a first come first served basis. Application dates are as follows:
- September 1 st – Begin taking deposits for January and February of the upcoming year
- January 1 st – Begin taking deposits for March through December of the current year

When not being used for Park District programming, the Community Center is also available to Frankfort Square community groups (ie: Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, homeowners associations) between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. at no charge.
