When not being used for Park District programming, the Community Center is available to Frankfort Square community groups – adult meetings (ie: Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, homeowners associations) between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. at no charge. Please call the Park District office for availability.
The Summit Hill concession stand and the 80th Avenue picnic shelter also have meeting rooms available for cub scout, boy scout and girl scout troop meetings. Please call the park office for availability at these facilities and appropriate paperwork.

Park district programs/board meetings/facility rentals take precedent over all other activities. (The park district reserves the right to alter room usage contingent on the needs of the above.)- Including but not limited to Scout groups, Summit Hill School District #161, Lincoln-Way School District #205 school groups, youth baseball, Jaycees, V.F.W.
